I have been teaching and coaching at Tom Bean since 2008.  I am happily married to my husband Chuck. We have been blessed with two wonderful children, Rachel and Grant. We have made our home in Texas since 2005.  Prior to that we lived our lives in Louisiana where I graduated from Louisiana Tech University.  I enjoy teaching 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th Grade PE/Health. My coaching assignments are volleyball, basketball, and softball.

  My philosophy of teaching is that I should be aware that students learn in many different ways, and that I should utilize as many resources as needed to assist students in realizing that they have the ability to be successful.
